Revelation 5:11-14

11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels surrounding the throne and the living creatures and the elders; they numbered myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, 12 singing with full voice,

“Worthy is the Lamb that was slaughtered
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might
and honor and glory and blessing!”

13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, singing,

“To the one seated on the throne and to the Lamb
be blessing and honor and glory and might
forever and ever!”

14 And the four living creatures said, “Amen!” And the elders fell down and worshiped.

These verses end chapter five of Revelation. It is such an amazing image to try to picture, of untold numbers of angels surrounding the throne of God singing and declaring that Jesus is worthy to receive the power of God and that He alone has the right to open the seals and reveal what is to come.

Revelation serves as a warning to us that from the time of Christ's appearance on earth until now, humanity has been living in the end times. While Revelation may or may not have been the last book of the Bible that was written, (modern scholarship places some New Testament books later, according to the Wikipedia timeline here,) it's clear that Christ, from the beginning of His preaching, referred to the time from His arrival forward as the last days of human culture in its present form.

This is why it is so important that we accept the salvation that Christ offers us, and allow Him into our lives to change us and redeem our souls once we have repented and turned away from our sins. From the very first moment Christ began his preaching he warned us about the coming end times and the trials that humanity will endure. It is vital that everyone accept Christ and heed his warnings about the future of our fallen world; I hope everyone will take this very important step today.
