19 Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple; and there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.
This verse has a very dramatic feel to it and stresses the over-awing power of God and his power over the forces of nature. This event happens after the second woe in Revelation 9:14 after the six trumpet sounds. The author at gotquestions.org says that this signifies "a clear division in the book with the announcement from heaven, 'The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ' (Revelation 11:15). In other words, this final stage of judgment will be the end, and righteousness will be restored to the earth." The same author says that the third and final woe is represented in the seven bowls of wrath described in Revelation 16:1-21.
Biblehub.com has a lot of well-respected, (if sometimes dated when compared to modern interpretation), commentaries on each chapter of the Bible; you find them by clicking on the 'comment' or 'sermons' link right under the banner at the top of the page of specific verses. I will just post a link to the ones on this verse this time because I can't pick one I like more: https://biblehub.com/commentaries/revelation/11-19.htm
I really like reading them because not only are the writings very beautiful but it is also interesting to see how interpretations of chapters and verses have changed over the course of the last couple hundred years.
