I found the timeline of this a bit confusing; it does appear that at the beginning the woman exists in some kind of astronomic frame with the symbols of the sun, moon and stars in the imagery, denoting outer space. The dragon's tail sweeps a third of the stars out of the sky; if this signifies all the angels that fought against God when Lucifer rebelled against Him this would suggest a tremendous amount of beings were banished to Hell by God for their rebellion.
I don't know much about the archangels so I deferred to wikipedia, which says Protestantism recognizes two archangels, Michael and Gabriel, and Catholicism recognizes these two and one other, who is called Raphael. This Wikipedia article talks about these and others that are mentioned in apocryphal works.
Once the angels of Satan or Lucifer were defeated, it was deemed that they could no longer stay in Heaven. Apparently the devil and his army of angels were unrepentant and were cast down into the center of the earth where they remain to this day, and presumably Hell is their earthly residence.
I saw a Tiktok video the other day where a content creator was saying Hell is not a real place and that confusing references in the Bible only deal with Hell obliquely but don't lend credence to any real place of torment existing. Of course the Bible contradicts this, and also I have a blog on people's near death and out of body experiences of Hell that contradicts this also, it can be found at https://hellrealms.blogspot.com/ There is tremendous overlap in people's experiences of Hell in these video testimonies; aside from the scriptural descriptions of Hell, these testimonies certainly underscore the fact that such a place exists.
